In 2015 our client retained CGK Consulting Group services to assist with an asset management improvement project. The goal of this project was to increase plant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). By performing root cause investigations, improving maintenance procedures & programs, and optimizing equipment operation through process engineering, CGK was able to greatly improve these metrics by 2016.

This increase in maintenance reliability and throughput has enabled the client to remain profitable during time of low commodity price.
CGK implementing a successful lubrication maintenance program that has greatly reduced waste and cost at the plant while increasing equipment reliability. These savings not only save money on the bottom line but also improve the reliability of equipment on site through improved lubrication techniques and systems.
