Central Chilled Water and Heating Water Plants

From single hood and grease interceptor restaurants, to high-rise multi-user kitchen systems and grease waste design, CGK Consulting Group has design experience covering the needs of 2,000 ft² take-out counters to 20,000 ft² restaurant facilities with kitchens, dining, and cocktail bars. HVAC design and hood systems include constant air volume local control, variable air volume, building automation control, and exhaust air pollution control units.
