102,100 ft² tenant improvement within existing and occupied building.  Project required coordination of equipment and infrastructure upgrades to accommodate phasing of construction to not interrupt existing operations.

Renovation of office space, machine shop, surgeon center, innovation center, and exterior envelope upgrades.
